These Terms govern your use of PrivacyGuard, a Chrome extension provided by CJ Studio. By installing or using PrivacyGuard, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product

PrivacyGuard helps detect and redact sensitive data before it is sent to AI chat tools. It is a protective tool and does not guarantee that all sensitive data will be detected.

2. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer paid licensing controls, abuse the service, use the product for unlawful activity, or interfere with the operation of the extension or related services.

3. Free and paid plans

The Free plan includes a limited number of scans. The Pro plan unlocks unlimited daily scans and paid features according to the checkout page. Prices may change, but active subscriptions will be handled according to the terms shown at checkout.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Paddle or the payment provider shown at checkout. Subscription billing, cancellations, invoices, taxes, and payment method handling are managed by the payment provider.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please contact us if the product does not work as described or if you purchased by mistake.

6. Disclaimer

PrivacyGuard is provided as-is. We work to improve detection quality, but no automated scanner can detect every secret, token, or personal data format. You remain responsible for reviewing information before submitting it to third-party websites.
